About the Speaker (Ms Sharada Attili)
I am a Behavioral Trainer & Leadership Coach focusing on areas of Leadership Development, Managerial Effectiveness, Performance Management, Personal Effectiveness, and Team Dynamics.
I am certified in Organizational Behavior. With diverse experience, I combine my academic training in forensic science to apply a combination of analytical and intuitive thinking to critically & systematically evaluate people challenges to create solutions that address the core of the concerns in simple yet effective ways.
I have worked with sectors like Manufacturing, IT & Management Consulting, which gives me an in-depth understanding of how teams work and behave. I have worked with and trained professionals across different levels.
I specialize in L&D interventions customized to individual teams undergoing organizational change & transition, concentrating on the leadership behaviour that impacts team performance. Over the last year, I have been focusing on behavioural gaps hampering Agile & Lean Management teams and has been training & mentoring the leadership teams of such projects for consulting and training assignments.
My areas of focus include Team Dynamics, Managerial Effectiveness, Effective Leadership, Delegation & Motivation, Conflict Management, Interpersonal Skills, High-Performance Teams, Business Communication, etc.
