According to the image, the sensor is capable of recording video on 4K and 8K resolutions which isn’t a surprise now as most of the camera sensor are capable of doing this. But here the company plans to improve the quality of the zoomed video without losing too much quality, therefore Samsung chooses to use a bigger sensor to overcome this issue, as usually seen in DSLRs.
However, it quite obvious that these ISOCELL 600MP sensor, aren’t coming soon due to the fact the company has to work on the issue with the camera bump initially as its getting huge with newer smartphones. As this new sensor can take approximately 12% of the smartphone’s back panel giving a camera bump of about 22mm. This sensor is expected to come with a 0.8µm pixel size.
Earlier this month Samsung announces Exynos 1080 supports 5G and 200MP cameras.
