Mrs Bectors is a biscuits and bakery products producer. Their shares had recently recorded at a heavy 74 per cent premium over its issue price. This event took place on December 23, after the stellar subscription to its IPO previous week.
The BSE has set the upper-value band for shares at Rs 601.20 and the lower value band at Rs 400.80 for the posting day, which is 20% higher and lower separately related to the initial cost. In the Initial stage, offers hit the higher circuit of ₹601.20 on BSE and ₹600 on NSE.
The offer cost started at Rs 501 on the BSE, raised by Rs 213 related to the issue cost of Rs 288, while on the National Stock Exchange, it put at Rs 500, a 73.61 per cent premium.
Mrs Bectors Food is the greatest provider of buns in India to presumed QSR chains, for example, Burger King India, Connaught Plaza Restaurants, Hardcastle Restaurants, and Yum! Restaurants (India).
Biscuits shared 59.20%, 68.26% and 60% of its revenue from services for FY20, April to September 30, 2020, and April to September 2019, sequentially. They have also known for manufacturing ‘Oreo’ biscuits and ‘Chocobakes’ cookies on a lease basis for Mondelez India Foods Pvt. Ltd.
Mrs Bectors developed its commercial achievements in the first half of FY21 with a gain of Rs 39 crore on an income of Rs 431 crore.
It is the best biscuits and bakery products manufacturers in North India holding a market share of about 4.5 per cent in the premium and mid-premium sections.
