Business Development Intern at Janitri

Roles and responsibilities

    • Identifying new opportunities for business development by following up on leads and conducting research on the target clients
    • Building the sales funnel by generating leads via emailing, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
    • Area wise mapping of doctors, obgyns, hospitals associated with maternal and child healthcare
    • Handling the incoming queries and building good client relationships
    • Scheduling demos and meetings and handing over the qualified leads with the objective of closing the sale
    • Updating and maintaining the lead generation database
    • Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports based on the targets and business activities


    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, biomedical, pharma or life sciences
    • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Goal-oriented and willing to work in a fast paced environment
    • High resilience and a self starter
    • Strong relationship builder and networker
