Zenoti enters unicorn club with $160M Series D funding

Zenoti, the Hyderabad and Bellevue enterprise cloud platform for the beauty and wellness industry, announced it had raised $160 million in Series D investment led by Advent international.

Founded in 2010 by Sudheer Koneru, Zenoti claims to be the first-choice software for trade show and spa chains, growing 100% over the previous year in 2020. The company's mobile and contactless solutions cover all aspects of consumer engagement, facilitating appointment planning, self-monitoring, automated payments and more.

The investment round was led by global venture capitalist Advent International, through Advent Tech and Sunley House Capital, a subsidiary of Advent. Tiger Global and Steadview Partners were also part of this cycle. The company will use the raised funds to support continued business expansion, research and development, and growth opportunities. So far the company has raised about $250 million.

Zenoti employs 550 people in nine offices in the United States, India, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, the Philippines and Australia. The startup supports a portfolio of worldwide brands like European Wax Center, Hand & Stone, Massage Heights, Rush Hair & Beauty, Sono Bello, Hair Cuttery, Profile by Sanford and, more recently, Toni&Guy.
